Her way of making exercise and nutrition accessible and approachable clicked with me from the start. She provides the accountability that I need and is always supportive and encouraging. She is so good at making creative workouts for me and making me both hate it and love it at the same time. She can make me laugh while doing a plank and if your personal trainer can’t do that, you just have the wrong one.
I have been training at SWGA with Kristen for over 4 months. Before this, I have had major health issues for a few years which has prevented me from exercising. She has started me off slowly and motivated me to push myself and encourages me to to keep pushing myself to do better the next day. She tracks my food intake and guides me to make nutritional meals. I have lost some weight as well as inches and have gotten closer to my health goals. Before training with Kriste, I hated the gyn and never stuck to it.
